Open Palace doesn't work with Ipalaces yet =x.

It does actually, just not when you have PUID enabled.

Also open palace will probably use JavaScript instead of ipt. And it's profgrammed with flash, so it will be easy to integrate into other web pages and it can be a portable AdobeAir app.

I already commented on this at PalacePlanet.net, but I gotta say, I am really excited about this project. I really hope it survives. Most attempts at making new palace clients and the like seem to eventually fail. I still use the original client.

Also, it would definitely be a way of preserving The Palace; because, as you say, integration into web pages is much easier. I could transform many of my website's sections into palace rooms and let visitors navigate directly from the web browser. I know that this is possible with Instant Palace, but it's much easier for everyone with flash, the way I see it.

No, actually. "ThePalace" is a 2D script enabled, visual chat program. It's been developed back in 1998 (I think, but don't take my word for it) and development was frozen until the late 00s. Imperial Palaces is a host that gives people the opportunity to buy their own Palace space. Some other are palacebox.com and elitepalaces.com. There are others, but they're not as significant as these three (including the one you're currently browsing).
