Terms of Service

Definitions

  1. Imperial Palaces includes any employee, and/or any property of Imperial Palaces.
  2. File(s) refers to any type of communication uploaded to or accessed from Imperial Palaces.
  3. User(s) refers to any individual(s) who have accessed from or uploaded to Imperial Palaces.
  4. Domain(s) refers to all internet addresses registered by Imperial Palaces.
  5. Documented customer refers to the user who signed up and is documented for the service.

Disclaimer

Use of our palace servers, and information distributed in conjunction with our palace servers, including without limitation any service offered by Imperial Palaces, is offered to you on your acceptance of these Terms of Service. Your registration and use of our palace servers indicates your acknowledgment and agreement to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to be bound by and comply with all of the foregoing, you may not access or use our services.

1. Accountability

Imperial Palaces directs full legal responsibility of files to the documented customer. The documented customer will be held accountable for any activity by third parties, on their palace, that violates guidelines created within the Terms of Service.

2. Availability

Imperial Palaces reserves the right to change, withdraw, suspend, or discontinue any functionality or feature of Imperial Palaces' services. Imperial Palaces has no obligation to provide prior notice of any downtime and makes no guarantee of availability of service. Maintenance services will be performed as determined reasonably necessary by Imperial Palaces. User acknowledges that such maintenance may require downtime.

3. Ownership

Imperial Palaces reserves the right to remove or replace any files, and assumes no liability for the lost of files. All acquired ownership of a domain is shared between Imperial Palaces and the paying customer. All files that do not violate the Terms of Service have shared copyright and ownership between Imperial Palaces, the documented customer for the palace in which the file was uploaded for, and the user who uploaded the file.

4. Switching Providers

Applicants must have a current paying account with a public palace hosting company, and notify Imperial Palaces within 6 hours of payment to be eligible. Accepted applicants are required to pay the first months invoice, but then will be granted the second month of service free of charge.

5. Referrals

Users wishing to participate in the referral system must have referrals click their referral link. All potential referrals must be acknowledged by a paying referred customer within 6 hours after the referred customer's payment. Upon acceptance, the referrer will then be contacted and granted the first 2 months free service of non-9998 palace hosting only.

6. Free Palaces

Imperial Palaces reserves the right to discontinue, suspend, or cancel the Free Palace service. Free Palaces will be required to keep a locked gate of Imperial Palaces' choosing for the entirety of the palace. Failure to keep this locked room present will result in termination.

7. Billing

All invoices will be due on the anniversaries of the first payment. If payment is not received on the day of the billing, then an email will be sent out stating that they have 3 days to comply and pay off the invoice. If the customer is a paypal client then paypal will attempt to recharge them on the 3rd day. If an invoice remains unpaid after the third day then the service will be temporarily suspended until payment is made; Mail-in payments are not exempt from the 3 day period.

8. Cancellation

Any request for cancellation must be received before next payment is due. Upon cancellation, refunds can be made possible if deemed viable and reasonable. Only month to month non-unlimited plans are subject to refund eligibility. Paypal accounts must cancel their subscription through the paypal website separately. Do not assume automatic payment cancellation until you receive a confirmation upon cancellation of your subscription from Paypal.

Violations of Terms of Service

The following constitute violations of this Terms of Service:

1. Illegal use

Imperial Palaces' services may not be used for illegal purposes, or in support of illegal activities. No files that are in violation of any United States laws pertaining to digital content usage may be uploaded. Imperial Palaces reserves the right to cooperate with authorities of any suspected crime.

2. Copyright infringement

Imperial Palaces will remove any file that infringes any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights of any entity, including, but not limited to, the unauthorized copying of copyrighted material, rather retouched or digitalized.

3. Unauthorized access

Any attempt to access the accounts of others, or attempt to penetrate security measures of Imperial Palaces' or another entity's computer software or hardware whether or not the intrusion results in the corruption or loss of data, is expressly prohibited and the offending Imperial Palace account is subject to immediate termination or may charge a fee.

Legal Policy

Ignorance of these Terms of Service will not be considered a justification for non-applicability of said Terms of Service. These Terms of Service are subject to change without notice.
